Professional Photo Archive Data Entry Services for the Parks Canada Agency Nunavut Field Unit
Parks Canada requires the services of a professional photographer to provide archive data entry services for the stock images of the four National Parks in Nunavut: Auyuittuq, Quttinirpaaq, Sirmilik and Ukkusiksalik. The Contractor will be required to continue the process of labelling and culling the 260,000 photos in the Nunavut Field Unit digital photo archive. The Contractor will ensure that the archive consists of high quality, professional, digital images. Images of historical value must also be preserved.
The Contractor shall perform and complete the work on or before March 31, 2014. Canada will maintain the irrevocable option to extend the term of the Contract by up to one (1) additional one (1) year period under the same conditions.
Bidders that consider themselves qualified to provide this Work and intend to submit bids on this project should obtain documents from the Government Electronic Tendering Service through the Government of Canada tendering service at www.buyandsell.gc.ca/tenders. Addenda, when issued, will be available from the Government of Canada tendering service. Bidders that elect to base their bids on documents obtained from other sources do so at their own risk. Late submissions will not be considered.
