This requirement is open to ALL TBIPS Supply Arrangement Holders who qualified under Tier 2 (requirements over $2 million) for services in the Remote/Virtual Access Region for the following categories:
One (1) X Level 3 - A.1 Application/Software Architect
Three (3) X Level 2 - A.7 Programmer/Analyst
One (1) X Level 2 - A.11 Tester
Description of Work:
The Atlantic Canada Opportunities Agency (ACOA) is taking the lead on behalf of all six (6) RDAs (Canada Economic Development for Quebec Regions (CED), FedNor, FedDev Ontario, Western Economic Diversification Canada (WD), Canadian Northern Economic Development Agency (CANNOR), and ACOA) for procuring the necessary expertise to support the development of the RDAs GCPM system and, as a result, ACOA will be initiating and managing the contracting process.
RDAs will require informatics professional services to supplement their staff complement involved in the development and maintenance of various project initiatives. The project will require expertise such as a Dynamics CRM Expert, Programmer(s)/Software Developer(s) skilled in development for Dynamics CRM, and Tester(s) with knowledge and experience creating and implementing test plans for Dynamics CRM solutions. Through the Task Authorization process, the resources will be required on an ?as and when requested? basis, to design, configure, implement, support and integrate components ofthe GCPM.
Bidders must submit a bid for all resource categories (see Evaluation Criteria at Attachment 2).
