Description of Work:
The Canada Revenue Agency requires an Application/Software Architect, an Information Management Architect and a Project Manager to assist in the adoption of a new platform and toolset to manage its public-facing web presence.
The Contractors will:• Determine if the Drupal WxT-based web management and an open source enterprise search platform, such as Solr, can be used by the CRA to develop more innovative content, including new data visualization techniques, to improve user experience for Canadians and help them more easily understand and draw meaning from data available to them;• Determine if it can meet all of the CRA’s current web publishing and search requirements;• Strategically design/develop content to improve end-user engagement, ability to self serve, and increase understanding;• Provide project management services for a pilot project to develop a new Drupal based web platform that will meet CRA’s publishing requirements.

The work is currently not being performed by a contracted resource
