The objective of this requirement is to assist CER in the adaptation of a “cloud-first” strategy, where the cloud is the preferred option for delivering IT Services to CER.The CER IT team requires Primary and Secondary Resources to support various IT project initiatives and operational work on an “As and When Required Basis” for each of the following levels and classifications: Level 3 Senior Business Analyst, Level 3 Senior Business System Analyst and Level 3 Senior Project Manager.Should a Task be deemed to be of high complexity or require a more aggressive implementation strategy where additional resources would be required on an “As and When Required Basis” a Task Authorization would be utilized to request one or multiple additional resources. CER IT may require the following Additional Resource:one (1) Level 2 – Intermediate and one (1) Level 1 - Junior Business Analyst;one (1) Level 2 – Intermediate and one (1) Level 1- Junior Business Systems Analyst; andone (1) Level 2- Intermediate and one (1) Level 1 - Junior Project Manager.Bidders may submit a bid for one or all resource categories.
