Description of Work:
AAFC is contracting with a vendor for the provision of professional service resources to support the application of User Experience (UX) in the development of e-services.
These services are required to:
Ensure proactive consideration of the client and their needs from the design of key requirements through to their implementation of e-services, and
Improve service delivery based on client feedback.
