Description of the Requirement:
The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) is seeking to establish a contract to provide coaching and evaluation services as per the Statement of Work attached at Annex “A”.
This Request for Proposal (RFP) is intended to issue a contract to the responsive Offeror(s) with Highest Rated within Budget.
Our intent is to issue one (1) contract for a 3 year period with the option to extend for an additional two (2) years. During the first 3 years we plan on having one program per year with the option of adding an additional program per year. During each option period there will be an option to have up to two (2) programs.
