Task-Based Informatics Professional Services (TBIPS) Requirement
DESCRIPTION OF THE REQUIREMENT:
The Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement for both Engineering Support Services (ESS) and Project Management Support Services (PMSS) Professional Services. The RFP is issued against the TBIPS Supply Arrangement (SA) PWGSC file number EN578-055605.
It is intended to issue two separate contracts from the bid solicitation process:
1- ESS contract in the following Streams:(i) Stream 1 (A) – Application Services(ii) Stream 6 (C) – Cyber protection Services(iii) Stream 7 (T) – Telecommunications Services
2- PMSS contract in the following Streams:(i) Stream 4 (B) – Business Services(ii) Stream 5 (P) – Project Management Services
This requirement is open only to those TBIPS Supply Arrangement Tier 2 Holders who qualify under one of the two or both sets of the below categories in the National Capital Region.

The Contractor(s) will provide the services on an "as and when requested" basis. All requirements will be authorized through Task Authorizations issued in accordance with the corresponding contract.
PERIOD OF THE CONTRACTS:
For each contract, professional services are required for a period of two years from contract award with three, one-year option period.
