The Department of National Defense (DND) has a requirement for the supply of all labour, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and supervision necessary to provide regular laundry and dry cleaning services to the Edmonton Garrison, located north of Edmonton, Alberta; and to the Jefferson Armoury located in the city of Edmonton. Please refer to Annex A for a complete list of addresses.
Services include pick-up and delivery of items on a regularly scheduled and on an "as and when requested" basis, in accordance with the terms and conditions contained in the Request for Proposal. The resulting Task Authorization (TA) contract will be for a three-year period, from date of contract award.
The estimated period of the contract will be for three (3) years from the start date.
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
