The Department of National Defence (DND) requires a Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) for the supply of all labour, materials, tools, equipment, transportation and supervision necessary to supply, deliver, maintain, clean and remove portable toilets, hand wash units and cleaning of aircraft septic tanks, as outlined in Annex A - Statement of work, at the following sites:
A. On Base - consists of 4 Wing Cold Lake, Cadet Camp and Air Force Tactical Training Centre (AFTTC) which is within a 5km radius
B. Primrose Lake Evaluation Range (PLER) is located approximately 54km from 4 Wing on highway 897.
The Standing Offer is requested for a period of two (2) years from the date of offer issuance with the option by Canada to extend by three (3) additional one-year periods.
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).
