Electronic Monitoring Services
Correctional Service Canada (CSC) intends to contract with a
private sector organization that will deliver an Electronic
Monitoring Pilot II service in order for CSC to conduct
electronic monitoring research in the Ontario and Quebec
regions. This "EM-PII Service" will include the provision of
devices and related equipment, the use of an appropriate
software application, and related professional services.
The requested period of contract will be for an initial three
(3) year period plus two (2) additional option periods of one
(1) year each.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
