Nature of Work (GSIN – C51: Construction, 5154A: Concrete Work, 5164A: Electrical Installations and Major Repairs, NIBS – 5112B: Demolition Work)
The scope of work involved in this contract includes Demolition of the existing flooring, the existing ladder, a section of the existing railing, an existing hoist arm, the existing electrical facilities. Construction of a new floor with steel beams and grating, a new aluminum ladder, an external steel platform with railing, aluminium supports for solar panels. Installation of batteries and solar panels supplied by the Coast Guard. Other work includes Removal of a hydro pole and power generation equipment in Pierreville and Sainte-Anne-de-Sorel.
This contract will include all labour, materials, and equipment be supplied by the contractor as listed in the tender package.
Site Locations: Pierreville and Sainte-Anne-de-Sorel, QC
Start Date: Upon Award
Completion Date: All work to be completed by 25 October 2013 (Pillar) 15 November 2013 (Pierrville and Sainte-Anne-de-Sorel)
