This bid solicitation is being issued to satisfy the requirement of Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC), on behalf of PWGSC’s Human Capital Management Solution Branch, for a Case and Client Relationship Management (CCRM) Solution. PWGSC is seeking to award up to two separate Contracts; one Contract to a CTV who will provide, operate and maintain a secure Service and one Contract to a SI to configure and implement the CMP into production.
