Solutions-Based Informatics Professional Services (SBIPS) Requirement

This requirement is open only to those invited SBIPS Supply Arrangement Holders who qualified under the domain for: ERP/CRM.
The following SA Holders have been invited to submit a proposal.

6. Systematix Solutions TI Inc/Systematix IT Solutions Inc.
Description of the requirement:
Canadian Heritage seeks the services of a solution provider to configure and implement an Enterprise Online Solution to support external client processing of files (apply, track status, report) related to federal grants and contributions (Gs&Cs) programs. The project objective is to introduce tools for publishing and receiving submission forms from external Client users wishing to engage electronically with Gs&Cs programs and services. The solution must be built based on a federal Shared Case Management Solution (SCMS) being set in place by Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC). PCH has already purchased licenses for the SCMS, which is currently based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM, through PWGSC.
Key features of the EOS portal for supporting PCH back office processes and tools will include:
- Submission tools authoring and management, including libraries to support standardization
- Submission status (updated by PCH staff processes)
- Submission viewing
- Program rules management (publication dates, program deadlines, etc.)
- Aligning submission form standards to Government of Canada requirements
- Compliance with Government of Canada standards for Privacy and Accessibility (WCAG), and for the Web (see http://www.tbs-sct.gc.ca/ws-nw/index-eng.asp)
For clients of PCH, the solution will enable the creation, submission and amendment of online applications, the capacity for self-registration, access to multiple programs, viewing of file status, and user account management. Client users will benefit from a secure and personal electronic workspace to manage their interactions with PCH Gs&Cs programs.
Proposed period of contract:
The proposed period of contract shall be from contract award for a duration of approximately seven (7) months.
