PRESCRIPTION MANAGEMENT AND MEDICATION DISTRIBUTION SOFTWARE
SOLUTION
REQUIREMENT
Canada has an initial requirement for a commercially available
prescription management and medication distribution software
solution (the "Software Solution") for approximately 10 Client
Users, located at Hospital Ste-Anne, in Ste-Anne-de-Bellevue,
Quebec, canada.
The required Software Solution must include the Licensed
Software, a 12-month warranty, integration services, software
maintenance and support, and documentation. Training services
must also be provided,. The bid solicitation is intended to
result in the award of a contract for one year, plus 4 one-year
irrevocable options allowing Canada to extend the term of the
contract.
The Client is the Veterans Affairs Canada (VAC).
INFORMATION REQUESTS
Any and all requests for information concerning this request for
proposal must be submitted at least seven (7) calendar days
prior to its closing date.
AGREEMENTS
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade
Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the
North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the Canada-Chile
Free Trade Agreement (CCFTA), the Canada-Peru Free Trade
Agreement (CPFTA), the Canada-Colombia Free Trade Agreement
(CColFTA), the Canada-Panama Free Trade Agreement (CPanFTA) if
it is in force, and the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
