Nature of Requirements:

The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) has a requirement to obtain an Optical Character Recognition (OCR) Commercial Off-The Shelf (COTS) Software Solution. The Solution will be installed on up to 300 owned android based devices. The Solution includes perpetually licensed software, 12 month warranty, documentation, software maintenance and support services and Professional Services including testing and Training. The Contract duration will be 1 year with a possibility of up to 9 additional 1-year option periods to extend the Contract.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
