HOSTED TECHNICAL SERVICES & FACILITIES MAINTENANCE MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE SOLUTION FOR CORRECTIONAL SERVICE CANADA
This bid solicitation is a re-tender of the requirement described in bid solicitation number 21120-154688/A dated 10 March 2016 with a bidclosing date of 26 May 2016 at 14:00 EST; this document replaces the previous version entirely.
This bid solicitation is being issued to satisfy the requirement of Correctional Service Canada (the "Client") for a commercially available Licensed Software as a Service Hosted Technical Services & Facilities Maintenance Management Software Solution (HTSFMMSS). It is intended to result in the award of a contract for 1 year, plus 4 one-year irrevocable options allowing Canada to extend theterm of the contract.
Canada has an initial requirement for a commercially available Licensed Software as a Service Hosted Technical Services & Facilities Maintenance Management Software Solution (the "Software Solution") for approximately 25 Client Users. The required Software Solution must include the Licensed Software, a 12-month warranty, software maintenance and support, and documentation. Training must also be provided, if requested. All parts of the Software Solution must be available to the Client Users 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, in English and French, and operate at all times in accordance with the Statement of Requirements in the Client's operational environment described in the bid solicitation. The term "Client User" refers to the employees of the Government of Canada, the Minister's office and staff, and other individuals authorized by the Client to perform services in relation to the business and affairs of the Client, including public servants from other departments and contractors or consultants performing work for the Client from time to time. Although Canada may make the Software Solution available to any or all of the Clients, this bid solicitation does not preclude Canada from using another method of supply for entities ofthe Government of Canada with the same or similar needs.
Bidders are to provide a list of names, or other related information as needed, pursuant to section 01 of Standard Instructions 2003 or 2004, whichever is applicable to this bid solicitation. Bidders are requested to include this information in the Bid Submission Form.
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA),the Canada-Chile Free Trade Agreement (CCFTA), the Canada-Peru Free Trade Agreement (CPFTA), the Canada-Colombia Free Trade Agreement (CColFTA), the Canada-Panama Free Trade Agreement (CPanFTA) if it is in force, and the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).
