It fulfils this role through a combination of owned and leased buildings and workspaces. PWGSC is seeking to expand its service offerings to include modernized workplaces that are supplied, developed, furnished, maintained and managed by the private sector as a service. The Full-Service Workplace is a complementary approach to traditional office space and is designed to quickly respond to short- to medium-term needs of federal government departments and agencies. This is not a procurement for leased space. No real property rights, lease agreement or tenancy will result from this procurement.
