Description of the Requirement:
ESDC is seeking professional services to conduct Surveys with current and former beneficiaries for the Evaluation of the Canada Pension Plan Disability (CPPD) Benefits.
The evaluation focuses on the reassessment process as part of the post-grant review conducted by the program. The Evaluation will cover the period from 2010-11 to 2018-19 and is expected for completion by fall 2020. The Evaluation will also estimate the potential work capacity of CPPD beneficiaries as well as the success factors and barriers that may have an impact on work capacity and return to work intentions. More specifically, the Evaluation will identify characteristics of CPPD beneficiaries who, during the evaluation period: had work related earnings; had or have regained work capacity and/or believe they might have regained their work capacity.This evaluation will include administrative data analyses, key informant interviews, interviews and surveys with beneficiaries, document and literature reviews to respond to the evaluation questions.
