The Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development (DFATD) requires Real Property focused organizational development, change management, and human resources support services to strengthen the maturity, effectiveness, and functional alignment of its international real property (RP) program.This requirement is for a team that includes: one (1) Organizational Development Consultant (Senior), one (1) Organizational Design and Classification Consultant (Senior), and one (1) Communications Consultant (Intermediate) on an “as and requested” basis.
