The Digital Communications Division (DCD) within the Communications and Public Affairs Branch at Health Canada provides digital publishing services to the department (Health Canada [HC]) and the Public Health Agency of Canada [PHAC]) in order to help deliver programs, information, and services to Canadians via Canada.ca.
