DND has a requirement for a Contractor to provide exercise control support, key role player support, subject matter expert input and scenario set-up/facilitation for an irregular warfare exercise.
The Contractor must provide personnel for up to thirty-one (31) days during the exercise. Inclusive dates for the training will run from the 4 October - 3 November 2021.In addition, the requirement includes the option to extend the term of the Contract by up to 2 additional 1 year period(s).
This RFP requires bidders to use the epost Connect service provided by Canada Post Corporation to transmit their offers electronically. Bidders must refer to Part 2 of the RFP entitled Offeror Instructions and Part 3 of the RFP entitled Bid Preparation Instructions, for further information on using this method.
