Environment Canada (EC) requires the services of a Procurement Specialist to conduct planning and coordination of procurement activities, including, but not limited to: financial estimates, development of procurement documents, reporting on procurement activities, monitoring, developing and implementing procurement controls, providing updates and information to the EC management team, developing procurement strategies, and leading and participating in negotiations and procurement assessments in keeping with the Management Accountability Framework.
