The Department of National Defence has a requirement for
professional services, on an "as and when requested" basis of
two Senior Life Cycle Management Specialist (LCMS) and one
Senior Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Specialist in the
National Capital Metropolitan Area; and one Senior LCMS in the
Ontario Region (CFB Kingston). The Contractor's resources must
develop and implement viable maintenance management strategies
and corrective measures for the strategic low frequency and high
frequency radio and antenna systems in order to identify
maintenance management problems and high frequency radio and
antenna system faults.

Canada may award up to two contracts, one for each work location
(the National Capital Metropolitan Area and the Ontario Region).

The period of the Contract is from date of Contract for a period
of two years with an irrevocable option to extend the term of
the Contract by up to three additional one-year periods.

Bids must be submitted to the Contracting Authority by e-mail,
as an attachment in either Microsoft Office Word or Portable
Document Format (PDF) by the date, time and place indicated on
page 1 of the bid solicitation.

This bid solicitation is issued against the Supply Arrangement
for Task Based Professional Services under the Task and
Solutions Professional Services (TSPS) method of supply, PWGSC
File No. E60ZN-13TSPS; and is open only to the suppliers who are
pre-qualified in the Technical Engineering and Maintenance
Services (TEMS) Stream in the National Capital Metropolitan Area
and the Ontario Region.

This requirement is covered under the North American Free Trade
Agreement (NAFTA), Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT) and World
Trade Organization Agreement on Government Opportunities
(WTO-AGP).

This procurement is subject to the Controlled Goods Program.

The resulting Contract is not to be used for deliveries within a
Comprehensive Land Claims Settlement Area (CLCSA).
