The Department of Agriculture & Agri-Food Canada, Guelph Food
Research Centre (GFRC), Guelph, Ontario has a requirement for a
new Near-Infrared (NIR) Spectrometer. The instrument will be
used to determine starch, protein, fiber and amylose content in
agriculture products as per Annex A, attached herein.

the Request for Proposal
