Environment Canada (EC) requires a Time-of-Flight Mass Chemical
Ionization Mass Spectrometer (ToF-CIMS) for the measurement of
ambient concentrations or organic species in the gas phase.
All the deliverables must be received on or before 31 March 2015.
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade
Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the
North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) and the Agreement on
Internal Trade (AIT).
Delivery Date: 31/03/2015
The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
