Description of Work:
SSC requires the services of a team of IM / IT resources on a Task Authorization basis (as-and-when required) to assist in the support and advancement of data warehouse, business intelligence and analytics enterprise solution including the Departmental Financial and Forecasting Tool.
Work to meet this objective will include but may not be limited to:
Analysis of data extracted from various data sources such as SAP SIGMA,
Peoplesoft and conduct requirement discussions with the various SSC stakeholders and project team,
Selection of enterprise-wide technology tools,
Integration with existing SAS tools,
Design of security model & application framework,
Architecture of data management sub-processes in support of a data repository/data lake,
Design of ETL processes, data quality processes, data modeling, data architecture/administration, and metadata management, development, unit, and integration testing.
Certain phases of the project schedule are constrained, therefore to maximize work efficiencies, it is preferred that the resources being bid have previously collaborated in software development projects.
Bidders must submit one (1) resource per category, five (5) resources in total.
