Description of Work:
There is an immediate requirement for professional services for one (1) Project Executive, Level 3 to assist the Quality Assurance Program in fulfilling its corporate mandate which includes strengthening the Department’s quality management discipline and providing project /portfolio management advice, support, reporting, and monitoring services to stakeholders engaged in Project and Portfolio Management and oversight activities within the Department including Project Sponsors, Project Leads, Project Managers, Project Management Offices, and Project Management Support /Control Offices.
The successful candidate will require significant Service Operation experience at an executive level, as they will be required to interact with senior operations executives and managers, and must therefore bring a deep comprehensive understanding of the operational challenges and complexities associated with creating, deploying and operating critical shared services to a large user population.
4. SCOPE OF WORK
Respond to an urgent and important business need to support senior management oversight of an increasing number of investments in high priority complex projects. The business need is twofold: the first is to improve the quality assurance framework, including quality measurement, analysis and control; and secondly to define and foster a culture of continuous quality improvement throughout the enterprise.
