This requirement is open only to those TBIPS EN578-170432 Supply Arrangement Holders who qualified under Tier 1 for services in the National Capital Region for the following category:
P.7 Project Coordinator, Level 3

Description of Work:
To assist with the transformational data centre closure activities for the Data Centre Facilities Transformation Team within NCR.
The duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
Support various work activities from Systems Under Development (SUD) Audit recommendations pertaining to DC transformation
Review facilities related data reports from various tools on critical incidents or changes and compile a list of recommendations for site closures
Support site evaluation to determine priority sites for closure
Perform analysis on move feasibility, cost benefit savings and prepare overall project cost estimates
Support development of standard project plans and oversee plan delivery to transform/move/close data centres.
Draft requirements to extend the life of mechanical & electrical equipment at these locations if required
Ensure all service level commitments and deliverables to partners are met
Identify opportunities for process streamlining to ensure repeatable/scalable processes
Liaising with external SSC support groups and partners to ensure smooth project delivery
Track and report on a weekly basis the Projects status
Bidders must submit one bid for all resource categories.
Bidders must submit three (3) resources per category.
There is currently an incumbent performing the work and are invited to participate in this solicitation.
