Description of Work:
SSC’s Data Governance and Data Management business goal is to develop business processes and consistent methodologies that ensure the deployment of timely and trusted data, across the organization, to ensure confidence in decision-making. SSC requires the services of a team of IM / IT resources to assist in the advancement of data warehouse, business intelligence and analytics enterprise solution. As part of an effort to streamline the collection and use of financial data, the requirements include the creation of a secure, web-based application component to replace a manual business process. The application will enable the direct capture of financial forecasting data from branches, in order create financial forecasting (and related) reports for departmental senior managers. The data from the forecasting process will be stored within the data warehouse and integrated with other requirements.
There is an immediate requirement for four (4) resources. These resources include:
A.1 Application/Software Architect, Level 3 (possibility of additional resource)
A.14 Web Developer, Level 3
A.14 Web Developer, Level 2
B.2 Business Architect, Level 3 (possibility of additional resource)
Furthermore, based on SSC’s needs and scope of project, additional resources may be required within the A.1 Application/Software Architect, Level 3 and B.2 Business Architect, Level 3 categories.
Work to meet this objective will include but may not be limited to: analysis of financial data extracted from SAP SIGMA, requirement discussions with stakeholders and project team, selection of enterprise-wide technology tools, integration with existing SAS tools, design of security model & application framework, architecture of data management sub-processes in support of a data warehouse, design of ETL processes, data quality processes, dimensional modeling, data architecture/administration, and metadata management, development, unit, and integration testing.
Bidders must submit one bid for all resource categories.

The work is currently not being performed by a contracted resource
