Full description

On an as and when requested basis, through the issuance of Task Authorizations (TAs), to provide support services to the Director General and Executives responsible for the successful operation of the Commercial Portfolio. This includes support for management of the overall portfolio and the specific strategic projects within it. Due to the scope and complexity of the Portfolio and its projects, augmented professional support is required. To meet this need, multiple resource categories will be required over the period of the contract to support the following project activities:

  • Executive reporting and stakeholder communications;
  • Stakeholder management and communications;
  • Key risk identification and management;
  • Support to engage and manage industry stakeholders; and
  • Organization model review and support.
