Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development Canada requires a resource to provide services related to website maintenance and enhancements. Website maintenance involves general support in the form of analyzing problem reports, fixing bugs, installing patches, CLF3/WCAG compliancy, certification / integration with other software or applications, statistical reports, etc. Enhancements involve services, including development work, to respond to new requirements from existing users or new partner departments. The future need for enhancements will arise on an ongoing basis as part of operations, i.e. users identifying new functional requirements.
