SPICT B.1 Analyste des activités

The IRB requires two (2) Business Analysts with Information and Records Management experience to perform analysis, produce documentation as well as provide advice and recommendations in support of:

• The implementation of an Electronic Document and Records Management Solution (EDRMS),
• The implementation of the action plans defined in the Recordkeeping Fit Gap Analysis,
• The identification and analysis of identification and analysis of Information Resources of Business Value (IRBV),
• The implementation and support of IM awareness and engagement at the IRB, as well as
• The performance of business analyses related functions with respect to the exploration and implementation of an EDRMS.

Given the GoC direction that Departments should adopt GCDOCS as a system, there is a requirement to define, analyse, support, document and implement defined aspects of the IM Framework, the RK Fit-Gap Analysis including corresponding action plans in support of the deployment of GCDOCS at the IRB.
