Contract Duration:
The contract period will be for one (1) year from the date of contract with an irrevocable option to extend it for one additional year.
Description of Work:
The general scope and objectives of the work with the contractor is to provide in-service support services to address problem and bugs discovered and reported on the National Maritime Picture capability. The work is also to provide consultant and professional services for upgrading SharePoint 2013 to SharePoint 2016 or a higher version. The GIS Programmer Analyst will design and develop a new Widget Control tool of NMP application on the ESRI’s new platform. The technical writer will produce documents and diagrams as we as review and comment on existing documentation.
