Full description

The Public Prosecution Service of Canada (PPSC) is currently developing a new electronic case management system to replace the existing iCase. Legal Case Management System (LCMS) will have the following functionality: case management, timekeeping management, document management, and operational reports, as well as many new functions.
The Legal Case Management System (LCMS) will capture the critical data on the nature and level of effort related to work conducted by the Public Prosecution Service of Canada (PPSC) and will provide statistical information on the inventory of prosecution-related activities and results.
Resources will work on priorities and aspects of the project that include but are not limited to

  • Test planning and coordination;
  • CRM application/software design and development (both configuration and customization)
