A modern electronic document and records management capability needs to be architected, implemented and deployed that is integrated in this digital workplace platform, providing a seamless user experience (minimal end-user IM tasks), automating the full information management life cycle (cradle to grave), simplifying corporate processes (Access to Information and Privacy (ATIP), Legal holds), safeguarding sensitive information (up to Protected B, medium integrity, and medium availability (PBMM)), and complying with Government of Canada Standard on Systems that Manage Information and Data (SStMID).
