Description of Work:
AAFC is contracting with a vendor for the provision of professional service resources to support The Grants and Contributions Digital Platform (GCDP) project requires project management resources for multiple projects
These services are required to:
Review requirements and business process models;
Prepare Project documents;
Develop and assess a Proof of Concept;
Deploy and assess new and existing systems across the GCDP;
Implement the MS Dynamics technology, including the provision of a framework for MS Dynamics development;
Provide support for case/client management strategies, case process assessments, and solution design;
A contract with a qualified vendor will ensure that AAFC has access to the professional services resources as required for the successful planning, building and deployment of the new MS Dynamics based GCDP system.
