Mapping and Charting Establishment (MCE) Requires one (1) Senior GIS Data Architect to provide: data modelling and schema design services; Extract, Transform and Load (ETL) services in support of a broad variety of ongoing projects (ex. Defence Aeronautical Charting Services (DACS), ADM (IE) Real Property Spatial Data Warehouse (RPSDW), the Army Land Command Support System (LCSS), etc.); and advice in the designing of system architecture to expand the use of FME Server technology by MCE.
