Full description

DRDC-Ottawa Research Center requires a software developer contractor to support the integration effort of existing Electro-Optic (EO) and Radio-Frequency (RF) simulation systems. This effort is to occur during FY20-21, and to continue during the two option years FY21-22 and FY22-23. During the two option years, the research centre is also seeking another development with the integration of RF Hardware-in-the-Loop (HWIL) systems with a constructivesimulation, and is therefore planning to use the same contractor to that end due to the commonality in the technologies used in both projects.
