Notice of Proposed Procurement (NPP) for Task Based Informatics Professional Services (TBIPS)- W8486-185001/A
This procurement is open only to those TBIPS Supply Arrangement Holders who qualified under Tier 2 for services for the following categories across the Work streams I, III and IV.
Requirement
This bid solicitation is being issued to satisfy the requirement of the Department of National Defence (the Client) for Task-Based Informatics Professional Services (TBIPS) under the TBIPS Supply Arrangement (SA) method of supply. The requirement is for the provision of professional services resources below for the support of the Defence Resource Information Management System (DRMIS) within DLEPS DRMIS Functional Business Support Team.
Only TBIPS Supply Arrangement (SA) Holders currently holding a TBIPS SA for Tier 2, in the following categories, in the National Capital Region under the EN578-170432 series of SAs are eligible to compete:
Six (6) A.2 ERP Functional Analyst, Level 3
Three (3) A.2 ERP Functional Analyst, Level 2
Two (2) A.5 ERP Technical Analyst (BI), Level 3
One (1) I.5 IM Architect, Level 3,
One (1) I.3 Database Analyst / IM Administrator, Level 3
One (1) I.4 Database Modeller/ IM Modeller, Level 3
One (1) I.1 Database Conversion Specialist, Level 3
Two (2) I.1 Database Conversion Specialist, Level 2
Three (3) I.1 Database Conversion Specialist, Level 1
One (1) B.14 Technical Writer, Level 2
One (1) B.10 Helpdesk Specialist, Level 2
It is intended for result in the award of a contract for a period of 3 years, plus an irrevocable option allowing Canada to extend the term of the contract by 6 months.
Anticipated Start Date: July 2019
The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
