Description of the Requirement:Health Canada requires the services of a Contractor to conduct an Employment Systems Review (ESR) for each organization, Health Canada and the Public Health Agency of Canada. These services are required to conduct a comprehensive review of all employment systems, policies and practices and the manner in which these are implemented, in order to identify barriers to the full employment of under-represented designated groups by occupational group.Number of Resources: 2Additional resources of the same categories may also be required throughout the life of the issued contract.
