Description of the Requirement:
This bid solicitation is being issued to satisfy the requirement of the Department of National Defence (DND) [the “Client”] for the provision of Task and Solutions Professional Services. The requirement is for two (2) Intermediate Staffing Consultants to assist hiring managers in Director General Maritime Equipment Program Management (DGMEPM) with reaching their staffing targets. It is intended to resulting in the award of up to two (2) contracts each for one (1) year, plus two (2) one-year irrevocable option allowing Canada to extend the term of the contract(s).

Proposed period of contract:
The proposed period of contract shall be from 1 November 2017 to 31 October 2018, with two (2) one-year option periods (1 November 2018 to 31 October 2019, 1 November 2019 to 31 October 2020).
Estimated Level of Effort:
The estimated level of effort of the contract will be for 240 days per resource per year.
