The goal of this project is to conduct an evaluation of the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Canada (NSERC) Discovery Research Program Evaluation. The evaluation is required as per the Treasury Board Policy on Results (https://www.tbs-sct.gc.ca/pol/doc-eng.aspx?id=31300) and section 42.1 of the Financial Administration Act (FAA) (http://laws-lois.justice.gc.ca/eng/acts/f-11).
