Description of the Requirement:
This bid solicitation is being issued to satisfy the requirement of the Department of National Defence (DND) [the “Client”] for the provision of Task and Solutions Professional Services. The requirement is for one (1) Technical Clerk, Intermediate, to assist the Directorate of Maritime Management and Support (Management Information System) and the Royal Canadian Navy manage its technical and material-identification data and to assist in preparing guidelines on existing material management and technical data management business processes and procedures to its members. It is intended to result in the award of one (1) contract for one (1) year, plus one (1) one-year irrevocable options allowing Canada to extend the term of the contract.

Proposed period of contract:
The proposed period of contract shall be from 1 April 2019 to 31 March 2020, with three (3) one-year option periods.
Estimated Level of Effort:
The estimated level of effort of the contract will be for 230 days per year.
