This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid solicitation number DND-Central-16-066 dated February 12, 2016 with a closing of February 29, 2016 at 2:00PM EST. A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to bidders/offerors/suppliers who bid on the previous solicitation.
The Department of National Defense (DND)has a requirement for a team of two (2), three (3), or four (4) Financial Specialists with expertise in capital project cost estimation, to conduct a review and comparison of two (2) Canadian Surface Combatant (CSC) project cost estimate reports.
