Description of the Requirement:
The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) has launched a multi-year business transformation initiative to modernize and align its business processes and procedures in order to increase the relevance, efficiency, agility, and responsiveness in the delivery of its external and internal services across the Force. A key success factor for this business transformation initiative will be the redesign and implementation of modern, Lean processes which are subject to continuous, sustainable review and improvement in response to ever-changing business needs.
The RCMP has a requirement for the provision of Two Senior Business Process Consultants on an “as and when requested” basis.
Level of Security Requirement:
Company Minimum Security Level Required: None
Resource Minimum Security Level Required: RCMP Facility Access II with Escort
Proposed period of contract:
The proposed period of contract shall be for one year from date of contract award with an irrevocable option to extend it for up to three additional one-year periods.
Estimated Level of Effort:
The estimated level of effort of the contract will be for 120 days between the 2 resources on an “as and when requested” basis. Each optional period also has an estimated level of effort of 120 days between the 2 resources on an “as and when requested” basis.
