This requirement is open only to those TSPS Supply Arrangment Holders holding a TSPS SA for Tier 1 in the Ontario Region Area under the E60ZN-15TSPS series of Sas are invited to compete.
SA Holders may not submit a bid in response to this bid solicitation unless they have been invited to do so. However, should an univited SA Holder wish to be invited, it may contact the Contract Authority to request an invitation at any time prior to five business days before the published bid closing date, and an invitation will be made to that SA Holder unless it would not be consistent with the efficient operation of the procurement system. In no circumstance will an invitation require Canada to extend the bid closing date.

Description of the Requirement:
CORCAN has a requirement for a Contractor to provide six (6) personnel to provide customer service, sales support, shipping and receiving logistics and coordination of installation requirements. Services must be provided on-site at the CORCAN Industries Central Region, located at 1484 Centennial Drive in Kingston ON. The Contractor's personnel may be required to travel to locations outside of the primary work site, when authorized by the Technical Authority (T.A.).
Proposed Period of the Contract:
Contract Award to 31 May 2018, inclusive.

(1) The Bidder: Facility Security Clearance level Reliability
(2) Resource: Reliability
Estimated Level of Effort:
The estimated level of effort of the contract will be for 240 days.
Basis of Selection
A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory evaluation criteria to be declared responsive.
The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for awards of a contract. A maximum of one (1) contract will be awarded for this requirement.
