Description of the Requirement:
The Department of National Defence (DND) has a Task Based Professional Services requirement for a team of experts to augment existing costing capacity in life cycle costing and provide advice and guidance to the Director General, Costing, Investment Planning and Approvals (DGCIPA) and to the Chief Financial Management (CFM) on an “as-and-when requested” basis. It is intended to result in the award of one (1) contract for approximately two (2) years.
