This amendment is issued for Solicitation Number 5K003-200677/A to respond to supplier questions and amend the solicitation closing date from February 23, 2021 to March 4, 2021.
The Canadian Grain Commissions (CGC) Grain Research Laboratory has a requirement for the supply, delivery, installation and training for one (1) deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) and ribonucleic acid (RNA) quality control (QC) system, including required software for CGC supplied computer.
CGC requires a quality control analysis instrument that must analyze size, quantity, and integrity measurements or equivalents for RNA (RIN or RINe) and DNA (DIN) samples. The device must be able to perform DNA sizing and quantification in the range 35 basepairs to 60 kilobasepairs and 5 pg/µL to 100 ng/µL, and RNA sizing and quantification in the range 100 to 6000 nucleotides and 100 pg/µL to 500 ng/µL.
The instrument must be able to process up to 16 samples per run, within 2 minutes per sample or less.
