NOTICE OF PROPOSED PROCUREMENT
The Department of National Defence has a requirement for the items detailed below. The delivery is requested at 25 CFSD Montreal by 30 June 2017.

Technical Evaluation Criteria

P/N requested: 0857ATANNSCM/MFG: 1KFL8NIELSEN-KELLERMAN CO2. Any equivalent item will be considered for this procurement, but these items must meet the following criteria:
a. Hand held portable (Total weight is less than 5 oz);
b. Provide Bluetooth communication;
c. Compatibility with Android platform;
d. Includes a Ballistic software
e. Atmospheric Data to be collected are:
i. wind speed;
ii. wind direction (built in compass);
iii. atmospheric pressure;
iv. temperature; and
v. relative humidity.
f. Multiple Languages: English, French;
g. Shock resistance (MIL-STD 810g);
h. Waterproof (IP 67)
i. Temperature limits -10 to +55 degrees Celsius; and
j. Display must provide night vision capability.
The above mandatory criteria will be used to perform the technical review and evaluation of proposals.
Bids not meeting all of the mandatory requirements will be given no further consideration.
The Crown retains the rights to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
