Agriculture Agri-Food Canada has a requirement for the delivery of a stereo-microscope and the option to purchase up to 10 additional units over 24 months.
Technical Specifications include (but are not limited to):
- 5:1 zoom ratio with 7.8x160x magnification range (1x objective, 10x eyepieces)
- FusionOptics combines high resolution and depth of field together for ideal optical 3D impression
- Resolution up to 525 lp/mm (1x objective, 10x eyepieces), maximum resolution up to 1050 lp/mm (2x objective, 10x eyepieces)
- Coded functions: zoom, iris diaphragm and objective nosepiece
- Coding allows reproducibility and consistency in experimental procedures and permits calibrated measurement at all zoom levels
- Click stop zoom settings observation at specific magnification
- Fully apochromatic corrected optics allow high contrast, natural color images without color fringes or chromatic aberrations
- All lighting must be controllable via software
- All microscope settings must be recorded and have a recall function
